Harjus
Harjus (Thymallus thymallus) on yleinen Lapin järvissä ja hitaammin virtaavissa joissa tavattava lohikala. Harjuksen pituus vaihtelee 25-40 cm, yli 50 cm ja 2 kg kalat ovat harvinaisia. Harjukset kutevat keväällä tai alkukesästä sorapohjilla ja poikaset kuoriutuvat vajaan kuukauden kuluttua. Ravinnokseen harjus käyttää pohjaeläimiä, hyönteisiä ja niiden toukkia, suuret pieniä kaloja.
